Shipping Information

There are a few different shipping options offered at checkout in my shop, my recommendations are as follows:

Within the UK:

You're golden - easy peasy lemon squeazy. I'd recommend tracked/signed for postage for any orders over £100 (prints etc).

Outside the UK:

If you are ordering from outside the UK, I recommend selecting International Tracked shipping - it is a little more expensive, but it means that if your order seems to be taking a long time to arrive, we can find out where it is. International Standard shipping is cheaper but does not include tracking, so if your order takes a long time to arrive, we can't find out where it is. I am not responsible for orders sent by either service once they have been posted, and if an order has been sent via International Standard shipping, I can only tell you when it was posted, not when it will arrive.

EU:

Unfortunately updates to GPSR safety regulations mean that small businesses like mine are unable ship anything to the EU or Northern Ireland. Brexit strikes again! There has been very little guidance from the UK government about how to handle these new regulations, so many small businesses have made the decision to halt shipping to the EU until the guidelines become clearer, as we can be fined thousands if we get it wrong. Every so often the postal service in the UK is affected by strike action which can delay delivery of orders.
